Spinningfields is the heart of Manchester’s financial district and a popular destination for entertainment and shopping.
OSS were recently commissioned to work on two exceptional brand-new townhouses.
Following a survey, a consideration was given to the busy location and that the properties are situated in close proximity to the magistrates courts – the team at OSS recommended a state of the art monitored alarm along with monitored CCTV for both properties.
Approach and impact
Both truly rare properties with a unique design, offering next level finishes and boasting an unbeatable location surrounded by cocktail bars and restaurants, not forgetting buckets full of culture courtesy of the Manchester Opera House.
All equipment was designed and installed to compliment the design of the properties and the high specification finishes internally.
