The challenge
Unlike other more traditional food halls, food at Duke Street will be served to the tables by waiting staff.
With a fantastic looking building and a place where quality, experienced operators can come together under one roof it was important that security was placed top of the agenda.
Their goal is to create a community spirit for both guests and the people who work within the market.
The guys behind the project hope that they can give something back to the community. The space is guaranteed to not be your usual restaurant experience with planned yoga workshops to guest chef appearances – there’s sure to be a buzz that will keep visitors coming back.
With such emphasis on community and a high expectation of volume footfall it was important that the security was fit for purpose.
Approach and impact
We made sure this new innovative space and all the assets featured within it were all protected, with a comprehensive Monitored Alarm System along with a new IP CCTV System to keep a close eye on the building including the impressive three bars and accompanying terrace.
